Not the point at all Kenneth....The point was that the parts of the program that I am aware of do not pass the "smell" test...regardless of where and who benefits, the application is flawed which is very common in governmental programs....The point is cut the damn thing, reform it, make it have something to do with actual productivity gains, don't just use it as a way to pass money out for the hell of it... I know a past "farmer of the year" out of one of these half-assed programs that could not feed herself for a week much less have a viable economic farm...How many more jokes are there in the vast federal wasteland?....
