Like I said, the mention of Rice's name as potential Bush VP in 04 caused a cacophony of laughter from both Bill Press and Pat Buchanan on Cnn last night. "she brings nothing to the party" "she is supposed to be the National Security Advisor and Iraq is a MESS!!"
