Nite-Man's real name is Richard Headhunter. He is part of the cleaning crew in my building. Nite-Man is a wise ass all year long, right up until evaluation time. Here is the copy of the Eval he got from me last year: "Mr. Richard Headhunter has been a member of the cleaning crew for the past 6 and half long years. He performs at a minimum level of performance, just high enough to keep from being fired. He doesn't get along well with the rest of the crew due to his abrasive nature and excessive attempts at unprofessional and unfunny insult humor. Mr. Headhunter has a difficult time adjusting to social situations, especially those involving women in the office. Women in the office often claim that Mr. Headhunter's presence, leering, and asscrack scratching make them very uncomfortbable. Mr. Richard Headhunter was disciplined eight times during the previous year for sniffing office chair seats after work hours. Mr. Headhunter has also been observed on a few occasions eating the remains of people's lunches that they had properly disposed of in their waste receptacles. Mr. Headhunter was also less than fastidious in his pest duties that he carries out with a flashlight and a can of pesticide. He has been observed twice in the past six months huffing pesticide on the storage level. .." The negative evaluation continues from there but I think you get the picture of this individual.
