What did Turkey, S Korea, and Spain contribute??? Essentially nothing. Turkey was offered big bucks and still turned it down. The 101st Airborne was offloaded in Turkey and was supposed to invade from the north. The Turks would not allow it and 101st had to get loaded on ships again and sail back through the Suez. For the war itself, Japan contributed no troops, Poland sent about 200,and the rest even less. Oh yea, Denmark sent a friggin submarine.... If any gave us money, it would be Japan....the rest were bribed with money to join and allow us to use bases and airspace..... LOL I've looked up their contributions and they are laughable....
