that was IT, IT which is an admin sort of function for many US companies went 3 years ago. Now we have moved on to R&D going offshore at the tech companies anyway. And its all the new companies like Google doing it. But anyway no matter who goes the ramifications of whole depts of US corps operating offshore is that this piece of the US economy which procured products and ordered lunch and paid taxes and you name it, is now gone. And that is killing us. What I can't believe is that economists are still waiting for capex upgrades, those went to India... DUH!
