Bush's father was hit by a rumor of an affair, remember?
It was a political attack. It might have been true. But Bush Sr., strongly denied it and it went away.

Already, Kerry is past the gossip mongers and back to the real issues. Jobs, peace in Iraq, balancing the budget, education, health care, cleaner environment, fighting special interests and gradually getting us off Arab oil altogether. Seems like Bush's only issue is going to be gay marriage, which Kerry agrees with Cheney on.

Speaking of Cheney, huge new Halliburton scandal in the making, plus the CIA agent outing (treason Bush Sr. called it), the Enron energy papers (Enron's Gillespie runs the RNC too), the 9-11 commission report (Bush warned about hijackings on 8-5, the press knows, was reported on CNN), more and more deficits, nowher near the 2.6 mill jobs Bush promised, out-sourcing of jobs a "good thing" according to Bushies, sweetheart deals with polluters, etc.
