Some people like to find conspiracies around every corner and run with them. They interpret the law differently as it suits their agenda or suddenly become interested in influencing law when convenient for them. I don't waste any time at all on those theories that I find too off the wall or malicious in nature as I'm busy enough with other more important issues.

There will be a decision made regarding this lawsuit that won't please some people. And regardless of the outcome, other theories will arise and some people will go to their grave swearing up and down that Cheney and the Bush administration were involved in a grand plan to deceive and profit on the backs of the American people......that hate runs deep.

I have great faith in the intelligence of our courts, in the rule of law, and the checks and balances that govern our system of justice, so I generally tend to accept any final finding or interpretation.

And even when I'm not happy with the final result I realize I'm powerless to change it, and so I move on.
