Yes I took that with salt. But you have to agree real estate in S Cal is doing better then here in the N.
His report 'Bubble Trouble' June 02, anderson.ucla.edu deals with equating a p/e with single family homes. Several graphs show LA has lagged the N in price inflation, building permits, costs of shelter etc. We see the inequity disappearing today with the south's prices still on a tear.
And yes I too think rents have bottomed at least here in the north and more or less will stay there for sometime.
The Anderson Forecast has my attention.
