Are there a set of republicans running for Boxer's seat? On the dem primary ballot only Boxer is the choice. She is supposed to have stiff competition, but given the Bush admin mess I expect Boxer to once again win easily. Poor republicans always screw up on a national level when they try to get rid of old Babs.

No Boxer fan here, I just think its amusing that she is so hated and manages to hang around. LOL

Kerry is not a centrist. He's to the left of Teddy Kennedy, with even less to show for his 19 uneventful years in the Senate.

Once you learn more about Kerry, you will see that even if you dislike Bush, even if you disagree with him, even if you think he's a liar, he is clearly the better alternative.
