It's hanging out there. I heard and interview of a former Pentagon employee, Ret. Lt. Col. Karen Kwiatkowski, and she said the draft is imminent. It's being set up quietly right now and will be reinstated in 2005 if Bush is reelected. She claimed that Rumsfeld has already invoked the Special Powers Act ( I am not sure what that means but it sounds bad ). You can look up her name on any search engine and find multiple articles she has written. I posted three she wrote on posts 8,9 and 10 on this thread. She was an insider in the Under Sec of Defense Office. The draft is now a real threat.
