I disagree about Gen Clark. He would not get my vote for Pres but if he's so incompetent as you seem to believe--NATO certainly took a chance making him their Allied Commander.

During his campaign Clark impressed me as a solid, loyal American. That's more than I can say about John Kerry. I'm still amazed that the Dems managed to focus on the one candidate who has so much negative baggage. Once this campaign gets going full blast, they will see just how foolish it was not to choose either Edwards or Dean, who would have been much more formidable opponents to Bush.
