I for one am not into media power or following the herd. Trading is simple, its just not easy (the herd / emotional component). In the end, all we need to ask, ideally across multiple markets, are prices moving up? Down? Or sideways.

Do we buy, sell, or stand aside? Many forget the latter is a key option.

A Turtle soup plus one setup on S&P daily chart brings out sellers. It was a at a significant test of highs. Its not a big surprise.

A failed test is a failed test... and in S&P land, and DOW land, until proven otherwise, we can assume that an intermediate term top was set yesterday. Its not yet a change of trend on the *daily*, but is on the intraday 45 minute picture.
