business, and the citizens it employs, can only support so much government.

The fact that many American business are moving to overseas operations isn't only because of cheaper labor.

The mass of, in many case unnecessary, regulation and the drain on time and revenue that entail is also causing increasing numbers of business to flee abroad.

Next will come the <brain drain> a term coined in the 1960s by the British as their most talented and best trained citizens fled the oppressive levels of taxation and anti-business policies that greatly reduced opportunities for success.
