Drudge has put out five 100% phony stories in a row on Kerry. He may have been right on Monica, I wasn't paying attention at the time, but his Broderick stories were false I know and so were a lot of others. He just throws everything at the wall until something sticks. Since he has no boss he can print anything he likes without fear of being fired.

He's basically a political hit man and a serial liar. And Ed Gillespie of the RNC was Enron's #1 PR disinformation specialist. Wanna believe those guys be my guest but Drudge's story has already been discredited. Only desperate Bushies will believe it's even partly true.

The true story seems to be this. Clark's campaign manager was fired by Kerry and whispered rumors when he got desperate. One was about tax returns, the other about a potential affair Kerry might have had years ago. This politco knows how to fight dirty and use dirt, true or false.

There was a woman Kerry offered a job to over the phone and she turned him down. Her parents love Bush and once Kerry shot ahead of Bush they reported Kerry as hitting on their daughter by offering her a job, even though she was a qualified campaign media professional. Nobody knows if Kerry had any physical attraction to her at all. Even if he did, nothing happened.

Hey, when I was married I hired women and even flirted a little sometimes. Or they flirted with me. Doesn't mean anything. Kerry may not be a perfect saint but he's no Clinton on sex. But the RNC is trying to morph the two together now. Just like they're trying to morph Kerry with Jane Fonda to brand him as a "traitor". Just like they did with McCain and Cleland. It's all an act of sheer cynical dishonest desperation and won't work.
