the real issue wrt this situation is that the US gets cheated. We are supposed to see **benefits** in the lower cost of services provided by offshore labor but most often we do not. US dollars finance offshore growth, we still pay high prices, corps get more profits but with corp taxes at a 70 year low wrt GDP we get no tax benefits, then those corps fund their offshore growth plans.

Not working for Joe Average, thats for sure.
