No...Not well done at all. Medium rare is about as cooked as I like decent beef unless it's a cheaper cut that you make a pot roast out of. My Step Father was here when the package came. I told him I had ordered buffalo steaks to give it a try. He said he had buffalo before and it was tough as hell. I said where did you ever have buffalo. He laughed and said that a group of them ate water buffalo that a guy shot on one of his tours in Vietnam and cooked it on an open fire. They weren't sure if it was the cooking method or the water buffalo is just plain tough.
