Not sure whether it is the perp (Clayton) or the victims (shareholders) who have lost marbles. The old saying, "Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice ... we won't get fooled again" (that wasn't quite it, was it) <g>..

It is bizarre to me this stock closed where it did today. SIRI shareholders take a licking and keep on ticking.

Becky, Good ole Bernie still walks the streets. Why should Clayton worry? In these lawsuits, shareholders get squat!. Price to book keeps me feeling somewhat o.k. Even better than XMSR. I haven't been in long enough to make an appropriate evaluation of either, but do believe we'll end up with a choice. Still need to sell about 50% SIRI. I'd like my holdings to be split equal for now. I think I should have unloaded 25% on Thursday's pop, but I can be stubborn. Like many, it's the dilution that concerns me. Over 1 billion shares is too much for a start up. I think I'm in both these guys way to high. In time I'll work them down.
One thing I believe is this technology is here to stay. Also I think it's only time before Echostar buys Sirius.
Have a nice Valentine's Day.
