Well, as it turned out, the UN intelligence on Iraq was pretty accurate. We would have been better off if we had continued the UN inspections in Iraq. We wouldn't have 500 American families grieving over the loss of their sons and daughters out there.

The US should be a responsible member of the UN and if it is, it will also be a widely-respected member and leader, as it was in the past. If there is anything worse than Buchanan's policy of isolationism, it is the Dumbya administration's policy of "we don't care about the UN, we will invade whichever country we want to".
