Ann, again I find your comments somewhat baffling when you a Deaniac detested those who made Dr. Judith Steinberg an issue. We all felt the same way. And now you are turning around and making Mrs Heinz-Kerry an issue.

Could it be that widows who really loved their deceased husband tend to do thing the way she is doing. After all she may still be grieving with all his money and kids to remind her. After all it was a tragic death. is it not?

I guess it will be interesting to see what Bush and Kerry will have to say about the NNPT. There is a breaking story that there is rampant illegal trade in nuclear secrets with China being also involved.

Another interesting angle to the entire thing is that the three nations that the US would rely heavily on on this issue, India, Pakistan and Israel have refused to sign the NNPT. And the Pakistani scientist is going to do head to head with Pakistani President General Musharraf (a US ally) since he belongs to the Pakistani camp of politicians(Islam extremism sympathizers)who oppose Musharraf.

Bush has outlined his plan two days ago. Kerry would have to come out with his counter plan since the NNPT is going to be a hot topic of fighting terrorism.
