Of course, he's a lapdog. Recently, one day, he said that if he knew what he knows now about Iraq and WMD, he would have done things differently. Then he went back and got thrashed by the Bushies and the very next day he was singing a different tune. Powell is a disgrace to his race and to his job. He is a joke to the rest of the world where they know him for what he really is -- a house slave. He was not a disgusting man per se, but has chosen to lead a disgusting life. And that's sad.
