If anybody is appeasing a dangerous madman, it is the US right now in coddling Musharaff, at the very same time when he is running a department store selling nukes to all comers.

Saddam had nothing, not even a dozen aircraft in flying condition, and got attacked by the US. Mushy is giving nukes away left and right, and is being hailed as a hero by Duhmbya and his hordes.
