Come on Cacaito, you and I both know if YOU have Psoriasis there is no such thing as MILD psoriasis. Look at the surveys of people with Psoriasis ANY Psoriasis!!!!! They are COMPLETELY unhappy with current therapies. EVERY expert says that Biologics will TRANSFORM the Psoriasis market......they are not just talking about treating SEVERE Psoriasis. They are talking about TRANSFORMING the ENTIRE spectrum of Psoriasis AND utilizing ALL indicated Biologics. You are VERY wrong about resistance to biologicals. You are CONFUSING different response rates with subsets of patients. One can ALWAYS get around "resistance" by rotation and combination just like you do with antihistamines or oral anti-inflammatory agents. Once again think SUBSETS of patients, rotation, combination AND utilizing ALL indicated Biologicals including your beloved Amevive. In my opinion Psoriasis treatment with Biologicals will be 3 to 5 Billion dollar market in USA alone by the end of this decade.
