Did you see the shockers on Halliburton? They've been WAY overcharging the taxpayers on everything and so have their sub-contractor cronies. It's all a big racket worse than the old mob/unions scam.

Two Hal ex employees are whistle-blowing to congress now and exposing a racket which deliverately overcharges on very single thing they do. Since CHeney is responsible for this, his head may finally roll. At least it is a big issue now. Literally billions have been ripped off by Hal and its cronies.
