The low-income, illiterate segment of the black community REMAINS both low-income AND illiterate, because the white left finds them useful on election day (and ignores them the rest of the time.) The slave owners and traders of the old Confederacy would be APPALLED at the out-of-hand, contemptuous racism of the white left of John Kerry and Terry McAuliffe. It's one of the darkest eras in American history for the oppressed segment of the black community-and they haven't got a CLUE. I doubt that latter condition will last. Frauds, after all, ARE finite...
