Other countries will always watch with interest who we elect as our President. They may also have opinions and they have a right to do so.

This is so because the US is considered a world leader, provided our President earns it. This President has not. To him what a few dissidents such as Ahmed Chalabi says is more important that what other world leaders say. Today. Bush and only Bush is responsible for putting too much faith and trust in those dissidents. Bush is now desperately searching for a excuse for not finding any WMDs. Yesterday it was the US intel, today it is the Iraqi dissidents. His circus is being watched by the world. And off course they have a right to opine, ridicule and laugh at it.
