Dear Ann: Well, thats one opinion, and I respect that, but my opinion differs. I feel that for too long America failed to make itself CLEAR in international politics leading to a dangerous world situation where tinpot dictators felt they could act with impunity and not fear retribution from the only entity capable of exacting same which today is the USA. Everyone knows the UN is toothless and nothing more than an old ladies teaparty social. George W. Bush IMHO has made the world a SAFER place by making it clear what the USA will accept and what the WILL NOT accept so far as behavior is concerned. Had Sr. been so clear Saddam would have never invaded Kuwait and probably none of this would have ever occurred. Note that even Saudi Arabia is now cleaning up their act with eliminating terrorists to the best of their ability. jdn
