(RIA Novosti correspondent Borislav Pechnikov) -- In an ultimatum delivered on Sunday Washington demanded that Iraq should close all its nuclear programs by March 8th, a high-ranking source at the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna reported quoting statements of the White House official spokesmen.
