A Bush administration report said that moving jobs overseas "makes sense," and one of President Bush's top economic advisers recently described outsourcing as "a good thing." The millions of Americans who are out of work would disagree. Bush may want to defend his record of 2.9 million jobs lost as good for the economy, but ordinary Americans know better.
