Rumor is that Edwards is a no go. Gephardt has been at this for decades now and, I guess, there's some party loyalty mixed in with public popularity or lack thereof. Kerry's not much of a public speaker and neither is Gephardt. For that matter, Shrub is one step ahead of Quayle and Cheney is just frightening.

Maybe they'll all stay home for most of 2004 and not subject anyone to anything....fat chance.

I was really looking forward to Cheney-Edwards debates. Oh well.
