Vermont is a tiny state, the size of San Jose. It has no urban problems, no real industry, no real pollution, no minorities. The GOP governor in charge there now is doing the same thing Dean did. Balancing the budget in Vermont is easy. You or I could do it. It's an absurd thuoght to beieve the governor of that little (and extremnely liberal) state has the qualifications to run the greatest nation on earth. Besides, Dean has personality problems and is a stubby little shrimp.
