The "primary" solution for our cancer patient was to drive more carefully so as to avoid getting in a fatal car accident. However, this does not negate the fact that the new treatment cured his cancer.

The are plenty of countries out there who are willing to deal with futures on natural resources so it is a wonderful alternative to a loan, is not it?
