I have no assumptions, this market trades like live hogs -g-

When it makes new highs, I would not short it. However,
tech stocks did not make new highs so far, and it could
be a failing rally, especially if tech indicies break 50 DMA
on the move down. The broader market won't be shortable
until it does break the trend line. Shorting this market
is a suicide, and I'm guilty of trying to commit it twice
already -g-

I think we may be onto some BK, at least a mini-one,
in the tech. The broader market may not follow right
away. Kind of like Spring - 2000.
