"who is Chris Matthews" democrat ,liberal, who now is hunting for why we went to war.. the other night on his show he said he wants to know who brought us to this war.

Matthews was a speechwriter for Carter, and worked for Tip Oneil...as partisan a demolib as there is.

Chris Matthews is not liberal. He is very charitable to guys like dick Armey and is still very tough on Clinton.
Matthews however does seem to know the inside scoop on Cheney's office in terms of the CIA outing, WMD's fabrications and more.
