He will have no chance if he does so. Once rejected will always be rejected. He should have realized that with Gore's endorsement.

One of Dean's chairman pulled out today...not the former Gore guy. The one who pulled out did it by calling Judy Woodward CNN & making the announcement on the air. Judy asked him why was using that method & would it not hurt Dean's chances in Wisc. It was apparent by the man's answer that he was just apple polishing & hoping to jump on Kerry's campaign. There's often one bad apple in a barrel.

I'm still waiting for the announcement by Dean that he was made offer to host an evening talk show. He could be very effective & possibly accomplish his goal in a way other than he initially expected.

While I generally find you sensible, intelligent and thoughtful, I must ask about this:

Dean should run as an Independent.

Just when did you decide to re-elect George Bush? An independent candidacy by Dean (or Nader for that matter) is too idiotic for words.

Do you really want George Bush for another four years? If you do, then suggest that Dean run as an independent.
