In AMERICA, you are innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around. This is not France.

There was no proof that Iraq didn't have huge stockpiles of wmd's either. Bush is acting like France.

The real story is starting to get a little clearer i think.

Bush requested a transfer to Alabama and was denied because the post he wanted wasn't suitable for a pilot.

He then missed his physical and was grounded because of it.

Only then was he granted a non-flying assignment in Alabama.

It's starting to sound like dereliction of duty.
