I respectfully disagree. With a 39M shares outstanding and the last month's volume being more than double that the effects of anything more than two years ago on its chart is nil.

Many Chart Readers think (FONR) is showing signs of a Break-out.
I am not a chart reader but I have personally traded (FONR) many times since 1994 and experience with (FONR) tells me the Chart Readers are going to be right.
