All that is bullshit of the media. And you swallowed it hook, line and sinker. How revealing!

It was an unknown group of IRAQIS that SOLD Saddam to the US and Britain for more than the posted bribe of $25M!

Money talks! So bribery works! In a couple of posts I wrote last year, I have predicted that bribery will work big time in Iraq as it did in Afghanistan. Recall that Osama bemoaned the rapid fall of the Taliban as a result of warlords succumbing to greed and bribery.

Another account I read had it that some of Saddam's relatives (in particular, one of his daughters) were worried about the health of their 67 year-old Saddam and decided it was better to sell him to the
authorities. Then the Americans decided to take full credit for themselves by going in to capture him without participation of the Iraqis. What the media didn't mention is that Saddam was the creation of the U.S. and the U.S. have had him all the while from Day 1.

Well, so much in the name of propaganda and face-saving!
