Interest in LRCM seems to be building in the last week or so. Will there be press releases concerning the 2 issuses you mentioned in your last e-mail? 3. We've got some "new product" strategies that should bear fruit. 4. We're building a new website with some related marketing plans that should expand our customer base. thank you very much for taking your time to answer me. And has learncom ever thought about having products available for the restaurant business? thanks for reply, Bobby Hi Bobby: Insiders now own over 75% of LearnCom. We do sell to restaurants - mostly large chains. They have an interest in sexual harassment prevention and other HR subjects that we deal with. We even have some of our best sellers available in special versions for the hospitality industry. Overall - a relatively small percentage of our total market. I am seeking recent information that may show there is a positive short and long term growth plan. The last release has been in 2001 on your web site. Please provide any helpful information to help with my research. Thanks in advance for your reply. XXXXXXXXXXXX Subj: investor relations Date: 1/8/04 6:01:43 PM Eastern Standard Time Dear XXXXXXXXXXXXX LearnCom is an HR training resources company, and like thousands of others, we ran into a substantial decline in the market in 2001/2002. In order to preserve cash, we did not contract for expensive audits and accordingly, we were downlisted to the Pink Sheets. We released 3d quarter financial news in Dec. and you can find the release at the LRCM pink sheet site (www.pinksheets.com). We're now stable with revenues running at around $900,000 - $1 million per quarter. We expect to maintain this pace and improve profitability in 2004. Despite the apparent turnaround in the economy, there's generally a lag between turnarounds and more vigorous purchasing of training materials. Visit our website at www.learncom.com for additional information. The website is under reconstruction with February re-launch date.. First, I noticed that you are updating your website. Do you have a timeline when this will come to fruition and I read somehere that you are coming up with new products?? Could you elaborate on these issues? His Response>> New website will be open in Feb. and include Trainer's Gold (trainersgold.com), a "best of the best" subsite including full preview of the top 125-150 HR video/DVD's. Also, we'll be using Google AdWords to promote our titles on a "pay per click" basis. Working on 5-6 new title deals for '04. Title selection is confidential for obvious reasons. Most deals with be "royalty-only" using OPM (other people's money) Lloyd Singer By: goldeneye2005 31 Jan 2004, 12:53 PM EST Msg. 6291 of 6452 Jump to msg. # new from Mr. Singer-looking great-inside-----Update: Looks good for two new titles from a good producer in the first half - one on sexual harassment prevention, the other on workplace violence prevention. Both from a good producer who has developed products for us before. Website now looks like early March to go live. Huge undertaking affecting hundreds of pages: online catalog, full e-commerce capability, streaming video clips as well as full previews. Four LearnCom people working on it, plus a team at the ISP. Financials soon. Lloyd By: sootman 19 Jan 2004, 09:02 PM EST Msg. 6081 of 6452 Jump to msg. # e-mail frome lloyd singer...
