Actually male preferences when it comes to women have been pretty well studied. I remember a particular study where an enormous number of photographs of women of various body types and looks were shown to a cross section of men (from all over the world) where they were asked to rate them in terms of attraction. The ONLY constant the study could come up with was that men preferred a .6 ratio of waist to hips. Interestingly enough this is a ratio that is a fairly good predictor of the ability of women to bear children successfully and indicates general good health.

in the Bay Area the top-most rated category that men have for women is "intellectualism."

Don't believe that crap. Politically correct answer based on years of being beaten into submission. A guy who says he wants you for your mind usually has something very different going on in his. That isn't to say that men aren't attracted to smart women, they are. But do you notice that in these various movies where the women are physicists or brilliant in business, they are all still babes?
