It was the inability of the US and the UN to verify, and for Saddam to cooperate in verifying, the existence or non-existence of WMD which led to war.....the leading assumption of the article is incorrect.....that author should familiarize himself with the facts and the Bush Doctrine.....keeping 9/11 in mind for proper context....

Thanks for the interesting article; however, poll after poll shows that Iraq is far down American voters' list of priorities. The concerns usually in following order:

1) job loss & lack of new job creation(Clinton's "the economy stupid")
2) health insurance
3) illegal aliens
4) Iraq
