Wasn't Reagan divorced?

As Mad Dog says, Reagan was divorced. It wasn't much of an issue, I think, because he'd been remarried for many years by the time he ran for President, and his second wife had nothing to do with the breakup of his first marriage. If you mean that someday we'll have a divorced President who dumped his wife and family for a trophy bimbo, G-D I hope not.

Clinton and Lewinsky brought forth this big fascination for Presidents and interns, though. Any sexual relationship Kerry may have had with Polier would never have seen the light of day had he not been running for President. And last year there was an article in the Asbury Park (NJ) Press about a local society girl who'd been an intern for JFK and had a "sexual relationship" with him. (It was revealed in a new JFK biography, "An Unfinished Life". The book set people off in a hot pursuit to find out who the intern was). You would think that after over 40 years "who cares?" but it was news. The thought of this prim debutante in her two-set "servicing" JFK in the back of his limo just boggles the mind.
