This is a very troubling aspect of this. I equate it to the helmet laws in various states. A law says you have to where a helmet with the reasoning that if you get hurt, society has to pay for it. Yet the liberal law makers don't make the same argument for AIDS. Political correctness that costs lives, and lots of $.
