Stratagene/Hycor merger should be done by the 27th of this month. Here is the S-4/A:

Beware, this a big sucker at well over a hundred pages, so make judicious use of the table of contents. Trickle manager notes that Stratgene's CEO Dr. Sorge owns 90% of the company, and will continue to hold a controlling interest post merger of over 60%. Lockup agreements are in effect for a mere thirty days.

It looks as though the combined entity will have around around 30 cents a share this past year.
