Shrub in Rehab instead of Guard duty in 1972? Maybe he went AWOL from his family and no one really knew where he was.

Now the more recent question is, did he really choke on a pretzel or did he fall because he was drinking again?

Can you imagine the staggering depth of Junior's bender if he cannot remember 7 months? I've had a hard time recalling the night before on a few occasions, but a 7 month snowblind trip really explains why he can't put a sentence together anymore.
