Well, heck, in 2000 the Reps came up with felony records out of thin air and in Dem areas no less. How can PNAC say we're going to export Democracy when we can't get it right in 2000? It is good that questions are asked and efforts to follow the procedures which can resolve the issues, are made. Actually it's only good if the problem is taken seriously, the miscreants jailed, the improperly elevated impeached and the voting problems permanently fixed in time for the next election. None of that has happened.
