Robert, I am not in any biotech at the moment. The fault is mine. I just am not suited to buy into something I do not have a good grasp of when the companies refuse for various reasons to provide information which would help one understand better. And worse, one has a regulator like the FDA. Just can't hack it. I did think and may go back into Xoma but less sure every day. You see I really can't see what a competitor would do differently if DNA disclosed the number of scrips. If the info is good it might just drive competitors up the wall and get them to make judgement errors. Yes, I am still in gold and out of any dollar denominated stocks.
