Well, they do not really have PR yet, going for a center- based -consensus -multy- party- system like anyone else, but they have those smart seating arrangments, especially for the local ones. (ouch, that is nothing for those used to two simple multiple choice asktions) That is, old thing of the vikings, keep your local enemy within an arm's reach, especially in the parliament.
