The "details" of legalism include perjury. I believe a US President was impeached, although not convicted, on that little detail. The charges against Kerry, at this point, amount to nothing on this scale.

Limbaugh, as you must be aware, stated that white drug addicts deserved jail time. It appears Mr. Limbaugh was found to have somewhere north of 1,000 narcotic tablets in his possession at the time of his bust. Now this really does seem far in excess of any reasonable amount for pain control. A single reputable doctor will not prescribe in quantities that large. They may write a prescription for maybe a hundred, but not a thousand. Limbaugh doctor shopped. That is also a violation of the law.

How is it that the "details of legalism" count when you want them to count but not otherwise?
