Yes another case... I think it comes down to any relationship to a direct cousin, could be the son/daughter of the cousin then it is once removed, or the relative by marriage and then you get into the twice removed situations.

Now see, if we had continued to offer home economics as a requirement in 7th grade this "twice removed" BS would be completely ironed out. Instead, sadly, we have to guess.
