the whole campaign of Kerry is hypocrisy purely for political gain..and it HAS been since he returned from Vietnam.

Pre-Bush, and up until 9/11, Kerry also favored a reduction in CIA and intelligence funding. To me, that means he felt our intelligence services were entirely adequate, based on his own research and information he obtained from the Cli'ton administration and the CIA itself.
